Eric Jacobsen visits for Ojima Lecture!

The 5th annual Ojima lecture was hosted by Stony Brook Chemistry on April 17th, 2026. This lecture is endowed thanks to the generosity of Prof. Iwao Ojima and his family. The annual Ojima lecture brings in exceptionally talented organic chemists to meet with the students and faculty over a multi-day visit. This year, we were fortunate to have Prof. Eric N. Jacobsen from Harvard University visit and share his ideas on asymmetric transformations and their generality.
